For over 40 years Dick Strader has been delighting audiences of all ages with his intriguing trickster characters and folktales from many world cultures. He continues to captivate older listeners with his humorous personal stories and insightful portrayals of people from history told in first person. Dick loves to work with seniors helping them to capture threads of personal stories running through their lives becoming the touch stones for their own personal histories. Strader is also a founding member of the Mosaic Storytelling Showcase which offers ongoing workshops and storytelling concerts several times a year featuring local tellers sharing true, personal stories for the community.
