Member Grants

Any Northlands Storytelling Network member may apply for a grant up to $1,000 for events and projects that:

  • include Northlands’ membership and/or will increase Northlands’ membership
  • occur in the upper midwest (Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin)
  • involve more than one funding source and impact the community at-large
  • allow storytellers to network and expand storytelling skills and opportunities
  • involve new storytelling venues, and/or new storytelling group events
